    Jacques Jonassaint is the former Special Envoy of President Jonassaint to the White House culminating in the signing of the Port-au-Prince Accord in 1994. He is a recipient of the Republican Senatorial Medal of Freedom.

    Tim Bridgewater has served on various company and community boards and recently served on the Ex-Im Bank and U.S. Department of Commerce advisory boards. Recently he acted as Education Deputy for the state of Utah.

  • Kissi Ignace

    Board Member

    Kissi Ignace is an International Consultant-Trainer in International Human Rights, Justice and Security Management. He is specialized in International Human Rights, Security and Justice Sector reform, Investigations and Risk Management.

    He has conducted training and research projects in the areas of Human Rights, Justice and Security sector in several countries in Africa and in the Caribbean. Prior to become a Consultant, for many years, he worked for many companies in corporate America, mainly in the financial industry: Citi Group, JP Morgan Chase & Co, and People's United Bank.

    Kissi is fluent in French, English and Spanish.

  • Henri-Claude Müller-Poitevien

    Board Member

    Henri-Claude Müller-Poitevien is a successful entrepreneur with architectural and engineering background and more than 30 years of experience.

    He has served in the recent years as board member in various companies as well as professionals organizations and chambers of commerce in Haiti and Florida.

    He is also the Former Deputy Chief of Staff for investments for the Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe and the Founder and current CEO of HDS USA Inc specialized in mapping and surveying, based in Florida but working mainly in Haiti. Henri-Claude is fluent in Creole, French and English.

  • Jacques Bingue, Ph.D

    Board Member

    Jacques P. Bingue’s Innovative Energy Solution (IES), has performed technology development services for the Department of Energy, the US Army, Air Force, and major oil companies. After a four-year stint as a research engineer, he founded IES to develop cutting edge waste-to-energy technologies. IES has obtained two patents to protect their processes for converting extremely toxic wastes into ultra-clean energy. He served in the US Marine Corps where he earned a Combat Action Ribbon for participating in Desert Storm/Desert Shield.

    Upon honorably discharged, he attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and earned a doctorate in mechanical engineering.
